Bring your green thumb and experience Historic Collinsville’s Planting Day, where it’s all about the flora! Share your passion for gardening and be part of a group planting flowers, herbs, and vegetables throughout the site. Plants will be provided. Guests are invited to bring their own gloves and small gardening tools, including trowels for digging or hand cultivators for breaking up the soil. Plant and soil donations are welcome. Master Gardeners will also be on-hand to help. Together, we will further beautify the pioneer settlement and help support wildlife in the area. In addition to planting, there will be plant-themed activities along with 19th century music, docents on-site, food for purchase, and more.

Saturday, May 11
10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Special event admission: $14 per adult, $8 per child ages 3-12, children under 3 free with a paying adult.

Event subject to change without notice.
