Learn all about birding at a beginner level that focuses on fun and exploring our feathered friends. This experience is open to school year 2026-2027 3rd – 5th graders only. (Other ages to be offered later.) The event takes place from 8:30 – 11:00 a.m.
This is an outdoor, interactive experience including short hikes through wooded areas and potentially tall grass. Sturdy walking shoes required. (No flip-flops or Crocs)

Please note: Reservation includes one child and one adult to be present. No other attendees will be allowed at the birding experience – only one 3rd-5th grade student with one adult per registration. There will NOT be anywhere for others to wait for the registrants – the settlement does not open until 10am and those touring the settlement will pay admission to see the grounds.
